...with Skyrim at home on the PC, waiting for me to return. Kudos to Amazon and UPS for the "release day shipping" that got the massive Collector's Edition box to me early this morning.
I'm not even sure if I will get any real playtime in tonight; sounds like I will be spending the evening chasing bugs and tweaking setup files to get the bloody game to run better. Thank the divines for the online community supporting these games, even if people can get overly-dramatic over things.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
The wait is over and it is once again time to loose ourselves in the glorious realm of the Elder Scrolls!
I'm going to do my best to keep a log of my exploits this time around, starting with the very first day. I admit I can be quite the Elder Scrolls fanboy, and I don't play these games to "win," I play them for the experience. With over 1,000 hours spent with Morrowind and Oblivion in the last 10 years, Skyrim has a lot to live up to. I play these games on the PC, and I do enjoy trying different mods, both official and community-made. I will be sharing my thoughts not only on the "vanilla" game but also extra content that comes along. See you out there, fellow Dovahkiin!
